Terms of Service

Duo Voice (“the Service”) is a macOS dictation application operated by Duocross. By downloading or using the Service you agree to these terms.

Accounts. You must sign in to use dictation. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Plans & usage. The Free plan includes a monthly word allowance. The Pro plan is billed via our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record). Usage beyond your plan may be blocked until the next period or an upgrade.

Acceptable use. Do not use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, or attempt to overload or abuse the infrastructure.

Refunds & cancellation. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our payment provider’s policy.

Disclaimer. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Duocross is not liable for indirect damages.
