Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Duo Voice and related services provided by Duocross. By downloading, accessing, or using Duo Voice, you agree to these Terms. If you use Duo Voice for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept them on its behalf.
Using Duo Voice
Duo Voice helps you create text, communicate, organize work, and direct agent-assisted tasks. You are responsible for reviewing results, deciding how they are used, and confirming that your use is appropriate for your circumstances.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and notify us of suspected misuse. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet any minimum age required in your location.
Plans and billing
Some features are available without charge and others require a paid subscription. Paid plans renew according to the terms shown at purchase unless cancelled. Prices, included usage, and plan features are presented before purchase and may change with reasonable notice.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a paid plan through the available account or billing controls. Unless applicable law or the purchase terms require otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and completed payments are not refundable.
Your content
You retain the rights you hold in content you provide and results created for you. You give us only the limited permission needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary for the content and connected accounts you use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Duo Voice to break the law, harm others, violate rights, misrepresent identity, distribute malicious material, bypass safeguards, interfere with the service, or gain access you are not authorized to have. We may restrict use that creates risk for users, third parties, or the service.
Connected services
Optional connections are governed by the terms and policies of their respective providers. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the actions you approve. We are not responsible for the availability or independent conduct of third-party services.
Product changes and availability
We may improve, add, remove, or change features over time. We aim to provide a reliable experience but cannot promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. Preview features may change more frequently.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Duo Voice is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Results may require review and may not always be complete or accurate. Do not rely on Duo Voice as the sole basis for decisions where errors could cause significant harm.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duocross is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Duo Voice during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension, termination, and updates
You may stop using Duo Voice at any time. We may suspend or end access when these Terms are violated, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users and the service. We may update these Terms; material revisions will be reflected by a new effective date or other appropriate notice.
