Agents can take on structured work such as research, drafting, document creation, review, organization, and multi-step tasks. You can follow each task from its colored card and open it whenever you want more detail.

Duo Voice pauses at a sensible checkpoint and asks whether you want to continue. You decide whether the agent gets more time or stops.
ConnectionsHow do connections work?+
Connections let Duo Voice work with selected services you already use. You choose what to connect, can disconnect at any time, and remain in control of important actions.
ConnectionsWill Duo Voice connect a service without asking?+
No. When Duo Voice recognizes a supported service, it may offer a connection, but nothing is connected until you choose Connect and complete the service's authorization flow.
ControlWill Duo Voice send, publish, or delete something automatically?+
Important external actions require a clear confirmation. Duo Voice can prepare the work, but you keep the final say when an action affects another person, service, or shared space.
PrivacyIs my work private?+
Duo Voice is designed around minimal access and purposeful use. It only uses the permissions and connected services you choose, and privacy controls are available in the app.
