Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains what Duo Voice (“we”) collects and how we use it.

Account data. When you sign in with Google we store your user id and email to manage your account and plan.

Audio & transcripts. Audio you dictate is sent over an encrypted connection to our transcription service to produce text, which is returned to your device. Audio is processed only to generate your transcript and is not retained. Transcripts are inserted at your cursor; a local history is stored on your device only (and not at all if Privacy Mode is on).

Usage metering. We record the number of words you dictate per month to enforce plan limits. We do not store transcript contents on our servers.

Payments. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). We do not store card details.

Your rights. You can delete your account and data by contacting us.
